"Decent hair, but the service was a hassle"
The hair looked decent and the lace was fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the delivery took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. I also reached out to customer service and had to wait about a day for a reply, and then I got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer right away. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t amazing either

"Slow as hell"
I had to wait days just to get a basic answer. what a joke, the whole thing felt slow as hell and damn frustrating.

"Poor quality!"
I paid over $300 for the Miracle Knots Crochet Hair Body Wave from YWigs, and it is not worth the price. The hair tangles very badly and is extremely difficult to manage, it feels like poor quality.
I completely regret this purchase. I spent a lot on the hair itself, then had to pay to get it installed, and the entire experience was a waste of money. I expected much better for the price. I would not recommend this hair.

"It’s okay, but not super versatile"
The wig looks decent overall, but I was hoping I’d be able to style it in more ways. The parting felt limited, and it didn’t really hold curls well for me. It’s not terrible or anything, just a little annoying if you’re expecting more styling options

"Got here way faster than I expected"
I ordered from ywigs.com kind of on a whim and figured I’d be waiting a little while, but the shipping was actually super fast. A few days later, the package was already at my door. Everything was packed nicely, and the tracking updated without any weird delays or confusion. i was just really happy it showed up so quickly.

"I ordered from Ywigs after looking at…"
I ordered from ywigs after looking at the pictures way too many times, while sitting on my couch with coffee, and the curl pattern was almost exactly like what they showed. I washed it before really wearing it out, because I usually like to see how hair acts after a wash, and it still matched up well. The ends weren’t totally perfect, but nothing that made me regret buying it. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Easy Exchange and No Stress"
I accidentally order the wrong size wig from ywigs and was a little nervous about sending it back, but it end up being way easier than I expected. I emailed them and they reply quick with the steps for exchanging it. After I sent it back, they was keeping me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. The new one came and it fits much better. No drama, no crazy long wait. Overall, it was a good experience and I would order from them again

"Didn’t feel very realistic to me"
I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but this didn’t feel very realistic. I kept expecting it to be a bit more believable, and it kind of took me out of the experience. Has anyone else felt the same way?

"Worth the Price"
Price was fair, honestly. The wig isn’t some crazy luxury thing or whatever, but for what I paid, it looks good and does the job. I’d say it was worth it.

"Honestly, It’s Held Up Really Well"
I bought my wig from ywigs a few months ago, and to be honest, it’s been holding up better than I expected. I wear it often and wash it when needed, and it still feels soft and doesn’t shed much at all. The lace and cap are still in good shape too, which I really appreciate. For the price, I think it’s only fair to say they did a good job with the quality. I’m happy with it.

"Decent, but a little too perfect-looking"
The hairline was okay overall, but it looked a bit too straight for my liking. I was kind of hoping it would look more natural right away, so that was a little frustrating.

The hair itself was alright, but the cap construction wasn’t really working for me. The lace area feel a little stiff, and the tracks was kind of bulky, so it didn’t lay as flat as I thought it would. I also had to keep messing with the straps to get it to sit right. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more comfortable.

"I ordered the dark brown one…"
I ordered the dark brown one and somehow ended up with black. I tried contacting support, but after being told to be patient and waiting around for basically nothing, they didn’t actually fix the issue. Frustrating experience overall.

"Looked Good at First, But I’m Not So Sure"
The wig looked really nice when I first got it, so I thought I’d found a decent one. But after wearing it just a few times, it started shedding way more than I expected. I was careful with it too, so it made me wonder if the quality just wasn’t as good as it seemed at first. It’s not the worst wig ever, but I’m definitely a little disappointed and kind of suspicious about how long it’s actually supposed to last

I was really happy with how well this wig fit my head! It didn’t feel tight at all, even after wearing it for a few hours, and it sat nice and flat. it was comfy enough to wear all day, which was such a pleasant surprise.

I ordered my wig from Ywigs i was a little nervous while waiting for it to arrive because density can be hit or miss sometimes. I kept wondering if it would show up thinner than what I picked or way too full to look natural. But when I opened the package and tried it on, I was actually relieved. The density matched what I ordered perfectly. It wasn’t too thin, wasn’t overly full, and looked just like the photos. I styled it easily too, which made the whole thing even better. Overall, I’m really happy with it
